In order to obtain a NYS Premise License in Westchester County, you must successfully complete a Basic Pistol Safety course from a Certified NRA Instructor. Completion of this course will allow an applicant to apply for the Premise License Only, (Not a Carry Concealed License).  Our training school offers this course along with “full service” application assistance which includes professionally typed application, passport size photos, notary public services, photocopies, and additional typed letters.
